What other Colleges do you offer? Are there more coming out?
Yes, we are in the process of having 14 more college logos pending final licensing for 2003. If you are on our mailing list, we will email you as soon as those arrive.

How long does it take for delivery?
If items are in stock, they ship within 48 hours. If they are not in stock, we will email you and let you know expected ship dates.

How much is shipping and what methods do you ship?
We ship Priority Mail most of the time for items under one pound. Otherwise it will go UPS Ground.

*We can ship 2nd day or overnight, please call for shipping charge.

What is your Guarantee?
We guarantee the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied, please email us and we will gladly refund your purchase within 30 days of original ship date.

How do you accept payments? What kind of payments?
We accept all major credit cards and also accept payments from Paypal.com. After sending in your order form, we confirm the shipping date of your products and payment information via email.

Does the clothing run true to size? See the size chart on the buy page for details. This only goes for the collegebuddies pieces.The Onesies run two sizes too small - for example, if you need it for a 3 month old, please buy a 9 month size. The Rompers run slightly long. Order the same size as the child and you can roll up the legs if its too long and leave room for later. The sweaters run slightly short. You may want to order one size bigger than what the child needs now.

How do I order your baby products?
To use our shopping online shopping cart, just click on the school names on the left and add your items to the cart. After adding items, click on "Go To Checkout". At any time you may see the contents of your shopping cart by clicking "View Cart & Check Out" on top of every page.
